For some reason 38 hours is being populated on the very first Payroll Item when entering/creating the payroll in Reckon. I've checked with different Payroll Items and it doesn't matter what it is the first Payroll Item has a default of 38.00. In the employee setup there is no where the hours are entered so is there a wayā¦

Hi Everytime we log we keep getting reminded about the renewal and when you close the popup it takes 30seconds or so to close. I will be renewing closer or on the day the renewal is due, be great to get rid of the pop up until then, how do I do get rid of the popup? thanks Luke

I've installed Reckon Accounts Plus 2023 but when I try to load the backup file (from an external hard drive) that I created prior to the install it changes from a .QBB to a .QBW extension at which point a message appears stating that I don't have permission to save in that location, etc??
