I am loading 2015 premier onto a new pc and it says to make sure I load the same industry specific edition, ie choose between contractor edition, general business edition, etc. How do I find out what was loaded onto my last pc so when I move my files they will be ok??

Hi Joselyn,
Do you still have your old PC available to look at the software that is installed there?
Choosing a specific industry 'flavour' will only add additional templates and report menu options.
^ Industry-specific versions include:
Accountant, Retail, Contractor, Non-Profit, Professional Services, Manufacturing & Wholesale Editions.
Example: If you are, running a bakery, it would be most likely that the 'Retail' industry-specific version or the general business edition would have been installed.

Hi Joselyn,
Just open the program.
Then look at the 'title' of the program window.
That will tell you the program name and if any specific edition had been selected.
In the example image, it shows the "Accountant Edition" had been selected during the installation on that computer.
