All our desktop-based software is available for download via the Members Area and as a result we no longer supply CD's/DVD's.
If you wish to have a physical copy, you can request this via our Customer Service team, please note however, there is a cost associated with this.0 -
Thanks Rav. But why does the Upgrade site continue to say that a DVD will be forwarded if the user requests? Just wastes the user's time following a dead end,0

I figured this would be the case so I have downloaded the ZIP file and saved it on the PC just in case I needed to re-install.
