Why no support for subscription?

    If you're using the Reckon Personal Range software, over-the-phone technical support is available to Advantage members. Do you have a current Advantage Membership with your Home & Business 2021 subscription?


    If not, is there an issue that you're currently contending with that the Community can assist you with here?

    Hi @Rav the issue on trying to get help with is https://community.reckon.com/discussion/8028629/unable-to-get-quotes-for-anz-managed-fund#latest. In terms of the message about technical support, it shouldn't just say "subscriptions," as not all subscriptions get support?
