Bug on loading Personal Plus

I have two sets of accounts on Personal Plus. For the past year I have been having trouble. If i am using my main file when I close down, Reckon loads as expected. If I have been using my secondary file when I close down the next time I load I am asked if I am new to Reckon or already a user. A small but very irritating glitch.

I'd recommend checking out the info in the help guide linked below. In particular the point around the file name character length. Reducing it to less than 8 characters in length should get around the behaviour you're experiencing.

Bingo ..... it worked. Wouldn't it be helpful if changes like this were notified. I had been using the same file name for the past 16 years with no trouble. I will have to work on my telepathic powers for the next update!
