Payroll change NZ

Hi

I am unclear why this change is happening, one of the reasons we went with reckon hosted was that it included payroll, how I have to move and pay a monthly charge, am I getting a refund?

    Like Liz above, I am unclear why this change is happening.

    I haven't received any information about this change, only the notification on the login page of my hosted.

    are you able to send info and what is required.

    Really sorry to hear this has come out of the blue for you. We may need to check the email address we have listed on your account to ensure you're not missing out on emails/communication from us.

    The team sent through emails in relation to this over the course of the last few weeks starting in early February and there was also an announcement here on the Community last month.
