Log in error and email address validation error
Hi,
My Accountant has been trying to log in to our file and has tried too many attempts. I (User) opened my browser and clicked my Reckon shortcut and it took me to a "Validate email" page which asked me for the email address associated with the Username. As I did not know the username the accountant uses, I entered my email address (which is also associated with the Admin user), and it said it was not valid.
I returned to the Reckon log in page and entered my password and received the following
How do I log in as the Administrator and reset the passwords or do I have to go through the Forgotten password link even though I know the password?

Hi Stuart,
Since the account is now locked so you'll need to go through the password reset process in order to regain access. Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the page and follow the prompts.
Are you the admin or a user? Are you using your own Hosted user name/user ID to login to the service?

Hi Rav,
Thank you. I have used the Forgotten Password link and that has worked. Reckon have sent me a new Username to log into the main screen (Lauch Accounts or Control Panel).
Can you change the password they have sent in the Control Panel, or do I have to continue using the one they have sent?
I log in as a user for my day to day work but log in as the Admin for other functions - so effectively have two log ins.
