Program stopped working

I am trying to invoice a customer, when I click on the item to be invoiced, the program displays a dialogue box:
"Reckon Accounts has stopped working"
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.
Close the program
These seems to occur when invoicing out an inventory assembly. It was ok invoicing an inventory item.
I have restarted my Mac. I have also verified my data and done a rebuild (3x)
Any help is appreciated.
Julie

It is often advisable to delete the item that is causing the problem and redo it being an invoice or something else

Thanks Gerry, this happens on multiple items, surely I shouldn't need to delete/redo them all?

Hi @Julie C
Recommend you perform a file integrity test on your file using the built-in Verify and Rebuild Data functions.
If there are errors detected, consult with one of the technical support team members for troubleshooting.
If after their troubleshooting efforts, it is determined that you need further assistance they can escalate the case to the Data Recovery Team

Thanks,
I have already done this, no damage was detected.

Hi @Julie C
If you have already performed the file integrity check but no error is being detected by the built-in Verify/Rebuild functions, then your file may have more serious issues present if you are encountering program crashes.
Fill out the web form and request a data service so we can take a look at your file to review it.
Data Services Request Form | Support | Reckon AU
When requesting a case, ensure that you provide specific information and examples of what you are doing such as specific items that when attempted to be used results in the problem occuring.
This will allow us to attempt to replicate the issue as part of the analysis process.
Also indicate how often you have been making a backup of your data file and whether you have any recent backups from a time when the problem was not yet occuring.
