i have done all the trying to get username and it says sending to my email, but nothing appears, i only have 1 email for this account and also only myself and accountant using this account, so please fix i am sick of being run around in circles and not being able to get my accounts done is frustrating, more warning should of been given before the change.

If you have not yet contacted the Hosted Technical Support Team and still require assistance with determining your username, please contact the Hosted Technical Support Team.
Provide them with:
Your Company Name: _______
Your Hosted User ID: ________
Email Address: ___________ (one that you believe is linked to the Hosted User ID that you normally used to login to the Hosted platform)
They can then confirm whether that email address is linked to that Hosted User ID and if not, then assist you further.
