Sorry to hear you've been having trouble getting upgraded, there could be a few reasons for this -
Are you signed into your app store account on your phone? ie. if you are using an Apple device, are you signed in to the App Store with your Apple ID or if you are using an Android device, are you signed into the Google Play Store with your Google account?
Secondly, do you have a valid payment method added to your respective app store account prior to attempting the upgrade?
If no to either the above, you'll need to do that first prior to attempting the upgrade.
Finally, are you on the latest version of the Payroll App? Its best to ensure you have the latest version installed and you can download any available updates from your app store.
