STP2 rollover for Reckon Enterprise 2022

Can anyone please tell me if the same process is to be followed for Enterprise 2022 as Hosted (ie, prepare backup, rollover to 2023, do migration).

    Hi @Linda Hawkins

    Yes its exactly the same process aside from the obvious difference in the installation of Enterprise 2023 since its a desktop software as opposed to Hosted being on the cloud 🙂

    @Rav - I meant to comment on this thread! Sorry :) Client has no idea how to upgrade to STP2 for the 2024 FY, I assumed as she is desktop based that she would have received an email?

    Ah right gotcha, that makes more sense 😄

    Yep correct, emails were sent out on June 13 to notify the release of Reckon Accounts Desktop 2023 but there is also info on it in the announcement on Community which I'll link below.

    It includes info on how to obtain the new version, features, STP Phase 2 info and the installation & upgrade guide.
