Payroll App - Premium plan - STP Phase 2

Hi RAV I have paid for reckon payroll premium app to be ready for phase 2 but when logging into app to create a new pay run for this week it says I am still on STP phase 1. But the settings tab says I am on premium. Is there a glitch with it at present? Appreciate your assistance

Have you run the migration wizard under the employee tab?

Kris is correct, you'll need to update your employee and pay item information to be compliant with STP Phase 2 requirements. The easiest way to do that is use the STP Phase 2 Checklist which will allow you to update everything you need to get up & running with STP Phase 2.
