STP Phase 2 - Leave Annual Cashed out in service

I have a single part-time employee who chose to cash out her leave in service. That is, her hourly rate is adjusted inclusive of her pro-rata leave (using the calculator from calculate.fairwork.gov.au). In Phase 2, as I understand, the pay components must be separated. How do I set this up in Reckon One STP Phase 2? When I tried to "Configure leave entitlements" for this employee, all I got was a blank screen. See attached
