    Hi @Vicki Jonas

    Which authenticator do you use currently? If its a mobile app such as Google Authenticator or SMS then yes they can support multiple entries.

    I have these two - the first one i use through reckons hosted for payroll & the second is for microsoft. Can I use either or any of these two?

    Yes you certainly can. I'd suggest using the same app that you're using for accessing GovConnect for Hosted as well so that way both Reckon MFA's are in the same place.

    When you open the Google Authenticator app you should see a + symbol which will allow you setup & add a second account entry for MFA to the app.
