I understand the importance of MFA We have a small business and my husband usually does invoicing, estimates etc at our factory and I do payroll, accounts, PAYG at our home office. We have one login. I there a way of having an email address(which we both have access to) or an app that we can both download so we don't have to have the code sent to just one mobile number. Please help

there is no way to use any other method, including email address. The only way round it is to get the code from the main user every time
