When I log on as normal with username and password I am taken straight to the MFA log in box as though I have already linked my Authenticator App to the Reckon Accounts Hosted log in?

    Hi @bhci1

If you already had MFA enabled in your companion Reckon Portal account under your Hosted login you would have received a message like the below when logging in to Hosted for the first time after MFA became mandatory.

As the message states you can use the same existing MFA that you've already setup for your Reckon Portal account on Hosted as well which makes it easy as you only have one MFA for both accounts.

If you're not aware of the existing MFA app or phone number the codes are currently being delivered to you will need to revoke the existing MFA from your account. Check out the options for this in the post linked below 👇

I can't revoke my current MFA because I can't get past the MFA pin log in

If you don't have access to the existing MFA source to revoke the current MFA, then you can use the specific Recovery PIN to revoke it instead.

However if you don't have that either then please give our support team a call and a team member will be able to assist in removing the existing MFA from your account after a quick security check. Once its been removed the next time you login you'll be promoted to set up a new MFA and you'll also be presented with a new Recovery PIN as well.
