MFA with one licence but 3 file users

It says on our login page:

To further enhance the security of the Reckon Accounts Hosted environment and protect our users, if you have a username then you must use that to log in rather than your UserID. For further information click here

We have only one licence for Reckon Hosted but 3 user accounts. We need to use these 3 user accounts as we are all in different locations and need to use different MFA phone numbers. We cannot use the same account.

Do we need to purchase more licences for 3 people to access now that MFA has been enabled.

Hi Pam

We're required to enable MFA on the login to the Hosted service itself. Each Hosted login is specific to the individual and will also have its own individual MFA as well.

Hi Rav,

Can you confirm that I would have to pay a further $85 per month to allow a backup staff member to run my payroll should I become incapacitated for a period????? This seems crazy, surely there is a workaround as we are a not-for -profit centre.
