Cannot Communicate with the company file

Im receiving this error when I open the company file on a client.

I have already entered the right port number on the firewall inbound and outbound and have also granted the permission on the folder for the user.

I then restart QuickBooks Database Manager Service and QuickBooksDB32 on Services and it fix the problem.

The only issue right now is that the client user must always restart these two services on the host machine before they can open the company file on the client machine.

Can you help?

    Your post has been created under Reckon Accounts Hosted category, however from the sounds of it you may be using Reckon Accounts Desktop, is that correct?

    Yes it is a Desktop that is hosting my company file.
