Why do I get as runtime error 5 importing bank statements?

I got to import the bank statements for previous months into reckon accounts 2013 from the Commonwealth bank and keep getting a runtime error 5.
The options for saving the files from the CBA are as follows:
CSV - for microsoft excel
OFX - myob MS Money, quicken 2005 and later
QIF - myob
QIF - quicken AUS, 2004 or earlier
QIF - quicken us, 2004 or earlier

Hi again,
That message may come up if the file type for the bank statement import file is associated with an older version of QuickBooks/Accounts business.
Go to Control Panel > Default Programs > Associate a file type...., and set the .qbo file type with the current version of Accounts Business.
