I am unable to print statements

I am unable to print statements - I get the error message "the selected paper size is not supported by this printer. You must modify your paper size selsction before you can continue". The the program crashes. I am using Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2015 and the printer is one I have been using for a while - nothing new! Help would be appreciated, regards, Jan

Hi Jan,
First, check the your settings are OK.
1) Click on File
2) Find Printer Setup
3) Where it says Printer name, make sure that your local printer is selected
4) Click Options
5) Click Local Settings
6) Make sure that the paper size is A4 and select OK.
