I had the same problem. Someone on the Community suggested closing outlook and then emailing the slips. It worked. Good luck0

Hi Leanne
What I found with mine was that because I had to change company name in the "Company Information" tab, there were too many characters. eg ABC123456ABC Pty Ltd.
My way around it is when emailing change company name to ABC123, as it only works when the characters are short - then email.
Just don't forget to change it back after emailing.
Painful I know, this "single touch" is not single touch.
