Reckon accounts updated 2019 problem

HELP we were sent a link to upgrade to 2019 which I got our IT guys to do. However I have noticed when I went to reconcile my accounts it showed all entries again dating back to 2017-2018 which have been already reconciled. Has anyone else had this n how would u fix it. This is very frustrating

If you are talking about Reckon One, then yes, had exactly same issue, but my reconciliation went back to 2015, with some reconciled and some unreconciled entries in each month for the past 4 years.
This is a migration error, when Reckon One had a major upgrade, if this is Reckon One, then it can only be fixed by Tech support in the back ground, but you will need to reconcile again at your last reconciliation date and $$.0 -
Thankyou I thought I was going nutty lol. Looks like I have to contact tech support. If I use my last reconcile date to clear these old entries as it appeared in both my debits and credits I’m assuming the amount to reconcile would match the amount I’m clearing .0
