if i go to msword or other text editors i do not have this problem.

The Hosted team have received a couple of cases of this occurring this morning and they're looking into it.
Early investigation shows that it looks isolated to Chrome only and clearing the browser cache fixes this. Wondering whether anyone else is having issues with using upper case. Upper case button is on but only getting lower case. All other programs are ok. Have checked with another company using Reckon Hosted and they have the same issue.0 -

Clearing Cache works to a degree
Caps lock started working after a few minutes within Reckon. But when we are in the sign in screen & entering password Caps lock is off when it's on & vise versa.0 -

Users are not looking at this forum . SEND A EMAIL BROADCAST DIRECTLY TO THEM . sure Reckon has their emails

We've made a change on our end which we believe should resolve the problem where some users are experiencing issues with caps lock & num lock.
Can you please do the following, logout of Hosted in full. Clear your browser cache again and then log back in.

I'm not sure what this means Anita, can you give me some clear details on what you're experiencing particularly when you say you can't clear your screen & log off ie. Are you getting an error message etc.

Hosted and the Community are completely separate and not related to each other in a technical sense. Is the keypad not working on other websites using the same browser?

escaping from screens back to home page and trying to print reports - however these two items appear to be working now but numbers have gone again, extremely frustrating0

This worked for me Rav and has continued to do so... would it help if those still experiencing issues were to let you know, in addition to which browser - but which operating system they are using? I use Windows 7 and Opera - didnt have the num lock issue - but did have the caps lock - but fixed with log off, clear cache, log on process. thanks Linda0

We've tested out a few things however the method that has repeatedly provided a successful change is the clearing of the browser cache.

I have cleared the browser cache several times, and have again just now, just to be sure, but with no luck. All other websites, emails, etc are working, just not Reckon.0

Rav, I have done all of the above, gone back into Reckon and tried again. I am trying to enter supplier invoices. I enter the date using the RH keyboard it works, then when i go to enter Items, that's when it falters. I go to item list, doesn't work.Number lock is the problem on the RH keyboard0

Rav it still is not working.....I have wasted a whole day trying to get this problem fixed. It is unacceptable. There must be a solution. I don't know what else to do from my end. I have tried all suggestions, tried a new keyboard. it is not fixed!!!!!!!!0
