Error message for backup process

Hi guys, I need some advice please. Tried to clean up data for our Reckon Enterprise 2019 but stuck in the process. Keep getting error message that backup cannot be completed or cannot access the company files. For information, our company files is more than 3 Gb. Thank you.

Are you actually able to access the file or can you not even get into the file ?

Wow!!! first time I have come across a file bigger than the biggest client file I have...(which is just over 2gb)... Cleanup Data really isnt going to resolve any issues you may be having and it will definitely not make the file any smaller - you REALLY need to start a new datafile... Hopefully it's only stuck in the backup process and not in opening the file itself.
I would recommend contacting Graham Boast - who is quite expert in starting new datafiles.. graham@reckonhelp.com.au

Hi Graham,
We can access the file, no problem.
But we normally do backup data with QBW file only, so by copying & dragging the file the external storage.
However we never do the backup with QBB or the portable one. I think this is where we stuck when backup is requested while cleaning up data in progress
