Remittance Problems

Every time I try to email remittances, it freezes/not responds and I cannot get out of the remittance screen. I have to completely log off and log back in again. Any chance someone can have a look at this problem and fix it? Most of the time I have to send them in small batches as Reckon Hosted struggles to do anything over 5 suppliers.

    Hi Peta

    Is the company file being Verified regularly? It sounds like it may be a large &/or unstable file. Run the Verify Data & then run the Rebuild Data 3 times (3 times fixes a lot of issues!) then try again.

    Both of these options are under the File dropdown menu > Utilities

    What screnn was visible when it froze?

    Sometimes the send eamil tab gets hidden behind another tab and the system apears to be frozen, press ALT pageup and see what other tabs may be stopping your proceeding
