Emailed Invoice details look all strange like arabic or something similar????

Hi. I have just updated our Reckon Accounts to latest 2016 version. When I try to email an invoice the invoice looks all gobblyegook. The invoice template looks fine but the information ie client name and sales info, date, amounts etc come out looking something like arabic. Do you have any suggestions?image

    Can't say I've seen that happen before but interesting issue nonetheless

    Does the same thing occur when simply saving the invoice as a PDF?

    Are you using standard fonts? This could be an issue sometimes.
    When all else fails the first thing I would do is to reinstall the program.
    It can fix errors when things go wrong.
