I cannot do payroll setup in reckon one

I cannot do payroll setup in reckon one. Every time I clicked the save button, all information in the fields disappear. Because of this I cannot do pay run or start doing the payroll function.  Please help, I think it is system glitch somewhere?

    Hi Dewi,
    Could you give me a bit more info on this, are you on the payroll setup screen itself when this happens?
    Are all the required fields completed prior to hitting the Save button?

    Which browser are you using? Can you let me know if the same thing happens if you log in and try on a different browser?

    Hi Rav, Many thanks for your response. I just switched from internet explorer to chrome. Now it is all good. Why didnt it work on Explorer? I actually prefer explorer rather than chrome
