last week the print feature at the top of invoices stopped working and I am now having to use Ctrl p to print, what would cause this

Hello I have been using Reckon 1 for 2yrs, last week the print feature at the top of invoices stopped working and I am now having to use Ctrl p to print, what would cause this

Hi there Mary,

So the print button within Reckon One itself doesn't initiate a print job? Does anything happen at all when you try clicking it or is it unresponsive?

Which browser are you using when you encounter this problem?
Are you able to test on a different browser and see if the same issue occurs?

I was always running chrome, without any issues. Have recently changed to explorer, thats when problems started. I have just found that if I use "open with internet explorer" off drop down, I can get print to work as it did before using the "print' feature at top of invoice, a couple of extra steps involved though

No such problem found so far. But most of the time I use macro key in my keyboard. I am used to it.
