on login welcome to reckon account hosted screen greyed out with only a superimposed cancel button a

When I log in to Reckon Accounts Hosted the Welcome screen is greyed out with the only active button being a superimposed "Cancel" button. Clicking this button removes the Launch Accounts 2015 R2 button from the Welcome screen. Last week I logged in a few times and eventually (seemingly randomly) I got in without the "Cancel" button. Now even that option appears not to be available. Please help.image

    Can I ask which browser you're using when you encounter this issue? Does it also occur on an alternative browser(s)?
