We have setup our one touch payroll, it showed as submitted to the ATO, there was a message in the detail that stated "You have not nomintaed this software provider. To resolve, please log on to Access Manager... I have now done this, nomintaed our software provider etc. I have then contacted the ATO to ask if we will need to resubmit the already submitted files and he was unable to direct me and asked me to contact Reckon.

    Yes you will need to submit the pay event now that you've registered the software ID
