Payroll Premier 2018/2019 STP issue uploading

We have finally managed to get Single Touch Payroll to generate an STP export . When we upload this file to the Reckon Single Touch Payroll portal we get a schema error - instance.ExployeeData(0).Detail.PhoneNumber is not any of [subschema 0],[subschema 1] (see below).

Ray,
That error message means that the phone number field requires attention. In particular, review if there are any special characters such as brackets, dashes or leading or trailing spaces (important) in any of the employee phone number fields.

Thanks for your response. We have corrected this but we are now getting a new error.

Invalid Company Information provided. Please check your ABN/WPN, Company Name and Branch number match those set in Reckon GovConnect Single Touch Payroll for your company.
