Please remove previous ABN registrations

Hi Rav, I'm trying to add an ABN on GovConnect but am receiving the 'existing registration error'. Can I please trouble you to remove any existing registrations for the ABN 34 053 305 570? Many thanks, Jonathan.

    Sorry, not sure if you missed this.  Could you please remove the existing registration for 34 053 305 570?

    I've just had a look at this ABN and there aren't any errors relating to the registration.
    Its registered under an email address in the Reckon Portal which is the same email address as the one used for your Reckon Community account.

    Hi Rav,

    Thank you for looking into that for me. 

    The issue here is that our director would like to set up ReckonOne to do STP on a private account and, because the ABN is already registered, he's unable to create a GovConnect registration.

    In that case, I've gone ahead and deleted the ABN registration from the GovConnect service now.

    Hi Rav,

    Could I also trouble you to delete the ABN registration related to the GovConnect for ABN 45 159 149 658?  I'm quite surprised that there was an issue with this one because it was for a client that (to my understanding) is totally new to Reckon.

    Sorted this one now Jonathan. Looks like there was an actual error with the registration of the ABN into the GovConnect service rather than it being already registered to an account.
    Regardless, if you attempt to register it now you won't have any problems.
