Problem logging in to Reckon STP since I upgraded my iPhone to IPhone 11 last week

The Reckon STP app continually loops between login and Company name / ABN. Can I get advise on how to fix this please?

Hi Martin,
Have you previously been able to use the STP app successfully on your older phone? ie. have you been able to register your ABN into the app before?

If so, can I grab the ABN please and I'll check out a few things on my end.

Hi Rav. Thanks for getting back to me. I have been using STP app for 12 months on my previous iPhone. I have had login problems since replacing iPhone with new model last week.
My ABN is 93623242080. Conkirk Pty Ltd.

Ok I think I see what the issue is here. The app account that your ABN is registered to is actually under an email address ending with .con rather than .com ie. just a typo made when the account was first created.
So.. now that you've upgraded your phone and you're attempting to login with your email address but ending with .com its asking you to create an ABN because its effectively a 'new account'.

Long story short, I'll correct this for you on my end so what you need to do is logout if you still are (Settings > Logout) and then swipe the app away from your running apps.
Log back in again using the correct email address ie. ending with .com and it should take you back into your usual account.
