Reckon one app issues

I have been trying to do some invoicing via the app on my smart phone. When I email the invoice to the clients their name and address don’t come up on the invoice. All the details were already in the system as we have been using it via a computer also. Do you have any ideas or any settings I need to change on my phone?

Hi Anthony,
I just tested this out on the Reckon app (Android) and sent a couple of invoices; one using an existing customer and the second, a new customer I created through the app. In both cases, their name and address came through on the invoice as normal on the recipient end.
I also used the app to add address details to an existing customer who didn't have an address listed against them and created an invoice for them and was ok so unfortunately wasn't able to replicate your scenario.

If this affecting all invoices you're attempting to send or just a particular customer?
Does this customer have address details listed in their record/profile?
