Hi I've uploaded the pay files, but can't get past this error message.   Have checked that data is correct under each employee and don't know what to do next.   Unable to get through to Reckon.   Can anyone please help.   Tania

    Check that the phone number field in your employees does not contain any special/invalid characters like brackets, dashes, spaces etc.
