STP Reckon One "Sorry. than ABN has already been registered" message - very frustrating - help pleas

Hi, I have bought Reckon One and have configured it as required and loaded all payroll information ready to process through the STP Gov Connect function. I am unable to complete the process as when I try to connect to upload the file I get the following error message "Sorry. than ABN has already been registered" message, my ABN is 66136052306 and I do not believe it has already been registered for STP and it does not have  a branch number.

    Hi Damien,
    I've deleted the error affecting the registration of this ABN now so you should be able to set it up. You just need to access the GovConnect service and set up your STP entity ie. register your ABN to it before sending your pay run info.
