I am unsing Reckon 2019 with POS. When we do and EOD and then do the transfer I get a message saying that we have unprocessed sales. How do I fix this. Also when I do the Post/transfer/compact I notice that the debtors box is not tick. I had no handover with system so learning as I go.
This will more than likely be because you have unprocessed transactions under another terminal for terminal name. This normally occurs when you had to uninstall and reinstall a new PC and have used a slightly different tunnel name to what you had originally, or of had to get a new installation key for some reason.
I have already gone through that. We have 3 POS systems and all transfers/downloads/compact are all done on the admin POS machine. Does unprocessed transactions mean that they have not been sent to Reckon Desktop????
