Trying to email supplier remittances and this: Blank Screen, and Reckon frozen.
Since the EOFY am having trouble with the super in SAFF balancing to the actual super being calculated in the pay run. Not all the super is being calculated correctly and is not always for the same person. Though it may be a one of glitch but is happening every week. Is there any progress in allowing more screens to be used in the duel monitor feature? I do think it is puzzling that the duel monitor feature does not allow me to simply put an estimate/invoice on one screen and my items/services screen on the other. Hi, I have an employee that does not want to claim the tax free threshold. My old system simply said Yes or No but Reckon has numbered choices and I don't know which one is which. Any one any ideas - I use #2 for tax free what do I use for NOT Tax Free ?
Hi, is there a way I can use the 2025 software so I can do a back up and take copies of reports before I roll forward?
Accounts Hosted. Run report, select Email then Send Report as a Spreadsheet. I do this fairly regularly. On random occasions, instead of opening the email address prompt, it opens another (random) report I end up having to close the system and logon again. Anyone else with this problem?
