I renewed Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2019 prior to expiry by it is not but it is still saying that my license has expired. This has happened in previous years too. It would be appreciated if something could be done.
I just completed upgrading from personal plus 2021 to 2022. All the files/current values look ok except I have no share price history. In calling the help line they say they have not been trained in personal plus 2022 so I need to go though community for help
My problem is with getting Reckon Home Inventory Manager to run. I have Home Inventory Manager software on my new laptop, with a shortcut installed on my desktop. However, when I double click the shortcut to open it, a red box with "Welcome to Reckon Home Inventory Manager" flashes up for about 3 seconds, and then the boxā¦
When I try to open a saved report I get constant errors and many different error codes 6986 being one of them. The system sends reports to Reckon but I have had no help and getting very frustrated. I'm trying to do my yearly tax and I am unable to due to reports not opening so I can send them to my accountant. I can openā¦
I have raised this issue before and hoped it would be fixed with the latest version of the software, but no luck I have set up my credit card repayments as a scheduled bill but they are not showing in the calendar. I have done all the obvious things - ensured that both accounts are visible on the calendar and marked theā¦
File attached to transaction will not preview or open. PDF extension is set to open with adobe and I can see and open the original file.I am using Accounts personal 2018
I've been using Reckon Personal Plus when it was still run by Intuit.Ā I have always used it on a Windows Pro platform -- currently Windows 10 Pro. I also, as a matter of practice, attach relevant pdf documents to the more "important" accounting entries I make.Ā Most entries with attached files would only have 1 attachedā¦

Trying to install Reckon Personal 2022 on a new computer but keep getting "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect." I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling both Reckon and Adobe (as suggested by others) but still having no luck. Any suggestions?
