Hi I have installed Personal Plus 2021, used the install key and get the repose that it is ready to use. I then open it and it asks me to register (again?). I click on this (only other option is to cancel), a new screen opens but nothing happens. Has anyone else had this issue? thanks Campbell

I have just upgraded to Reckon 2021 and have been able to open files. However when I try to backup I get error 6949. Unable to find what this means.
Hi Everyone I just installed the 2021 upgrade. When I run Reckon it just hangs in the taskbar in Windows 10 with a light grey box around the icon and doesn't load the my data file. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with no luck. I've also run as administrator with no luck. Does any one have any suggestions?
