Hello, what is the best way to rectify a contribution error. It is an admin error with dates which has resulted in a couple of employees being paid more than they should have in one pay run. Can I do an adjusted payment in the next payday super contribution? and what is the best way to do this? We use Care super. thank you
Hi. We only have 3 employees in our Reckon, two casuals and one full-time. I was just updating their rates of pay (post July 1st), prior to doing my pay run, and have now lost my full-time employee. I have changed the Tax Tracking to none on all Super Items, including hidden ones, and restarted the program. The reports still do not reflect the correct Gross Wages. This needs to be corrected for 4 years.
Has anybody had an issue with the Reckon Accounts Plus not allowing reports to print or even email. No trouble printing invoices or statements. After saying it is waiting for printer to connect it comes up with an Error Code 14528 02506. and immediately shuts down program. Please help. Leanne
Reckon will not remember database Desktop v35. Keeps prompting to open database. Third party integrated applications cannot connect to database. Hey guys, Me again with dumb farmer queries. I'm V35 ready - QE's are all good, and about to do my first pay run. I gather I will have to make weekly remittances to my clearing house from now on? My clearing house remains Host Plus - do I need to make any new arrangements with them? Will Reckon advise me of what to payā¦
The STP finalisation has been lodged but the FBT figures were not added to the payroll before this was done. This has now been corrected on the March cheques but how to I amend the STP finalisation figures?
@Rav Hello and hope you can help. I have 400 invoices to send out and email via gmail suddenly doesn't work after upgrading to v35. I have set Reckon to use Outlook Classic V2 as instructed. I have tried to configure Outlook to handle the gmail account, but cannot set it up. I can start to set up the account in Outlook andā¦
I've just uploaded my first SAFF file to CBUS Quicksuper. CBUS alerted me this file will add an "Address line 2" to our employees' records and be passed on to their super funds. That address line 2 will be the town, state and postcode details for our employees. I have checked my Reckon employee records, and each employeeā¦
