One of our customers has overpaid. I have repaid them the overpayment at their request. How do I now allocate that payment to the credit showing on their statement? I've done it before but for the life of me I cannot remember! Thanks so much.

We have an auto bank feed for bank transactions. Looks like as soon as new transactions were added, the old transaction disappeared. Now Bank transaction tab shows bank transactions from 12 April. I had this issue in March QTR, I had to manually upload bank transactions.Â

Hi there I am new to Reckon One. I have set up a Bank Feed. I have linked my accounts. When will I see the transactions in my Reckon. When I look at the "upload source it says the name of my bank but Date of last import = "never Imported". I cant see anywher ein my system to promt Reckon to download transactions.
