When do bank transactions appear from feed

Hi there

I am new to Reckon One.

I have set up a Bank Feed. I have linked my accounts.

When will I see the transactions in my Reckon. When I look at the "upload source it says the name of my bank but Date of last import = "never Imported".

I cant see anywher ein my system to promt Reckon to download transactions.

Thanks for that info. When I go to fast coding it comes up with an error saying there was a problem and I should refresh.

The information I have read on the link you p rovided talks about Reckon Hosted. I use Reckon One. Is that my problem?
