This is my first time using Reckon Payroll App. I added 2 employees without problem, but when I tried to add a third, the app came up with the message "Could not create employee: Super fund needs to be linked to a super contact". Any idea how to solve this?
Our accountant is wanting the payroll details for the 2021-2022 financial year and I could not access any reports on the free app, so I had to upgrade to the premium version to obtain any reports which was pointless for us as we no longer have staff.
