Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2014 suddenly started loading slowly
On Monday our Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2014 started loading extremely slowly. We have done all the troubleshooting we can on the computer but without success. We are running Windows 8.1 and have all Windows Updates current.
The only recent change we've had was a storm came through and fried our router but this has been replaced. Everything else on our system is running normally.
Any suggestions? We've looked for a Reckon Accounts update thinking that may be the problem but can't find any.

Thanks Rav, we have gone through all of the suggestions and today contacted Customer Support who exhausted their troubleshooting list. They have asked us to have IT check our network response rate again and will call back to see how we went with that. IT says the rate is fine so not sure where we will go from here.
I will post the solution when we find one.
