Payment summary 2015/2016

Hello, I am trying to email payment summaries (2015/2016) and the software is saying that employees have no addresses, but in fact all their cards have addresses....has anyone come across this before please? Reckon Accounts Plus 2014

I have since found the solution. When i read addresses, i assumed postal addresses (Doh) but it meant email addresses. so i unticked the few who did not have email addresses and they went through ok. THANKYOU community as i found the answer from a previous post.
