keyboard problems with hosted

My computer keyboard is having issues with Hosted. I can't use spacebar, backspace or my number pad... any one else having this issue??

    Definitely sounds like a strange issue Jessica!

    Do you experience the same problem after exiting the file and ending the active session via the Control Panel then trying again?

    Does the same issue occur on other programs or just Hosted?

    I am having exactly the same issue, no backspace, spacebar or num pad ... it maybe strange, but can you advise a possible solution ?
    I have tried logging off and on again, rebooting computer .. nothing makes any difference. All other programs work fine with these keys, it's a Reckon Hosted issue.

    After shutting down for the night, it worked perfectly this morning!!
