User Settings in Reckon Hosted

Setting up a new user for multiple company files.  Is there a way to set them up once and transfer to other files, or do I have to set them up and select the relevant options file by file

    Thanks, that will be a bit time consuming with 30 files.  Surely things don't have to be so complicated.
