2017 Premier will not complete installation on server

We have just installed Reckon Premier 2017 and are now experiencing the annual hosting error, but this year is different.  I am now unable to complete the installation of 2017 on our server, the reason given is that the installation has been disrupted.  It then ask that I install the previous years version, which I did, but it now will not complete the installation for 2016, giving the same reasons, that the installation has been disrupted.  Very frustrating.  Can anyone offer some assistance with this error?

    Hi Phil,

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your install, can you take a look at this thread.. is it the same sort of scenario for you? Do the suggestions in that thread work in your specific case?
