how do I locate missing records?

I renewed my annual license recently. Now I cannot find transactions that were entered after mid-2015 approximately. Where are they?

    Hi Peter,
    Do you have multiple copies of your files that have a similar naming convention? If so, are you opening the most recent up to date file?
